Rooted Presence: Building for Generational Impact

This Community Engagement Training helps faith leaders honestly assess who they are and what they bring, understand the real needs and dreams of their neighborhood, build meaningful partnerships rather than just programs, and create a roadmap for long-term, sustainable impact. It is grounded in the conviction that the peace and flourishing of your community is deeply tied to the peace and flourishing of your own.

Transitions Don't Have to Be Terrifying: Introducing the 3S Framework

This training introduces the 3S Framework — Self, Situation, Squad — a tool for navigating leadership and organizational transitions with clarity instead of reaction.
